MAP brings the scale, strength, and resources of SIAA to the independent insurance community in Michigan, enabling your agency’s success while staying true to our roots.
Our Story
MAP was founded by David L. Rice Jr. and Eric “Ric” Walton of the Walton Agency in 2012 with a vision: to empower independent agents across Michigan. That’s why we have served as the regional connection point for independent insurance for 10+ years, bringing national resources to local agencies while staying rooted in the needs of Michigan agents, families, and communities.
