MAP is a Master Agency within SIAA – The Agent Alliance, the largest alliance of independent agencies in the country. As a master agency, we connect local agencies to national carriers, programs, and resources — while providing personalized support right here in Michigan.

We succeed when our members succeed. That means our focus is always on helping agencies grow profitably, stay independent, and compete at the highest level.

MAP proudly serves independent insurance agencies across the state of Michigan. Our reach is local — but through SIAA, our members also benefit from the resources and stability of a national network of 5,200+ agencies.

Unlike “free” groups, MAP invests heavily in providing real, ongoing value to members. Membership supports:

Some competitors may charge no fees, but operate as clusters or aggregators — offering less stability, fewer resources, and little support beyond market access. MAP is different: we are not a cluster, an aggregator, or an MGA. We are a true partner invested in your long-term success.

What we do:

• Provide carrier access (including AccessPlus)

• Negotiate enhanced commissions and profit-sharing

• Offer mentorship, operational guidance, and growth planning

• Deliver local support and national resources

What we don’t do:

• We don’t found your business for you (agencies must be established or in the process of licensing/launch).

• We don’t control your book of business — you own it.

• We don’t limit you with quotas or restrictive contracts.
